ED BENSON
Biography
Ed Benson grew up on Mount Desert Island, Maine. He knew he wanted to be an actor from the very moment he set foot on a stage at the age of 14. He received his MFA in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School in New York City. Ed brings a deep passion to his craft and he possesses a wide range. One of his favorite roles he has worked on is the character he played for his master's thesis, Harold, in Patrick Meyers' K2.
Ed has always been innately drawn to the intimacy and subtlety of acting on camera. Some of the actors he grew up watching and was inspired by (to name only a few) are Marlon Brando, Paul Newman, Al Pacino, and many others.
